Break-in and Robbery at Burnhamthorpe Rd. / Dundas St. West

The following incident was reported by one of our neighbours in Islington Village near Burnhamthorpe Rd. and Dundas St. West:
“Please note last Thursday March 20th our home was broken into from the front door, police suspect the thieves used a crow bar to pry the front door open. This happened between the hours of 8:30 am – 2:30 pm. All of our jewelry, cash, purses, computer, alcohol etc. was stolen, all of the items that good ol’ Russel Oliver likes to buy. We live on a busy major road and the robbery happened in broad daylight. We live in the area of Burnhamthorpe Road and Dundas Street West. Please be watchful of your neighbours and if you suspect suspicious activity quietly call the police and have them investigate.”
If you have seen or heard anything suspicious, please contact the Police.
If you see a crime in progress, please call 9-1-1 immediately.
