On Thursday, January 28, 2016, a 16-year-old boy was arrested. He is charged with:
The Young Person cannot be identified under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
- Forcible confinement
- Sexual Assault
- Assault

Please note, the Toronto Police Service has released a Sexual Assault Alert following a recent incident that took place near Eglinton Ave. West and Lloyd Manor Rd.:

It is reported that:
- on Tuesday, January 26, 2016, at approximately 9:10 am, an 18-year-old woman was in the Eglinton Avenue West and Lloyd Manor Road area
- an unknown man approached the woman
- the woman continued to walk, and the man followed her
- the man attempted to have a conversation with the woman
- near the area of Winsland Drive and Winterton Drive, the man took the woman to a secluded area
- the man sexually assaulted the woman
The man is described as having a brown complexion, 18-20, 5'5", brown eyes, black hair and a beard. He has a lazy eye. He was wearing black pants and a red hoodie.
