Sexual Assault Alert at King’s Mill Park near Bloor St. West / Royal York Rd.

Please note, the Toronto Police are searching for a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in King’s Mill Park near Bloor St. West and Royal York Rd., please see more below:
The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance identifying a man wanted in a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is reported that:
  • on Sunday, May 1, 2016, at approximately 7:45 pm, a 27-year-old woman was walking through King’s Mill Park located in the area of Bloor Street West and Royal York Road
  • a man approached the woman from behind and forced her to the ground
  • the man intimidated the woman with a knife
  • the man sexually assaulted her
  • the man fled on foot

Description of Suspect: The man is described as having a black complexion, approximately 5'9" to 5'10" with a skinny build. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and a blue bandana covering his face.
